This past week, the Utah School Superintendents Association (USSA) gathered for their annual conference in Midway. The conference focused on the accomplishments of the 2024-2025 school year and allowed superintendents to learn more about Trust & Inspire, improving student attendance, communicating and connecting in their communities, and building a strong district culture. Superintendents throughout the state presented best practices to their peers. During the retirement and recognition dinner, USSA recognized superintendents who completed their first year of service, and leaders with five to nine years of service, ten to fourteen years of serve, and fifteen to nineteen years of service. Collectively, those recognized had 124 years of service as education leaders in the state of Utah.
