For this week’s #MeetTheSuperintendentMonday, we’re thrilled to introduce Piper Riddle, Executive Director of Northeastern Utah Educational Services. Piper was raised in Boise, Idaho. Piper Riddle has a bachelor's degree in Elementary Education from Boise State University, a Master's degree in Mathematics Education from Southern Utah University, and an Education Specialist degree in Curriculum and Instruction degree from Utah State University. She has worked in public education as a teacher, instructional coach, and administrator for over 20 years, and is delighted with the great work for student achievement and success that is taking place in public schools. One of her favorite quotes is “One of the criticisms I’ve faced over the years is that I’m not aggressive enough or assertive enough, or maybe somehow, because I’m empathetic, it means I’m weak.
