Superintendent Jensen’s favorite book is My Losing Season by Pat Conroy. For this week’s #MeetTheSuperintendentMonday, we’re thrilled to introduce Lyndsay Huntsman, the new Superintendent of Park City School District. Raised outside Atlanta, GA, Superintendent Huntsman earned degrees from William Penn University, Weber State University, and Southern Utah University and is currently pursuing her Doctorate in Educational Leadership at Texas Tech University.
Superintendent Huntsman’s favorite book at this time is The Let Them Theory by Mel Robbins. A quote that Superintendent Huntsman loves is, “Do not get lost in a sea of despair. Be hopeful, be optimistic. Our struggle is not the struggle of a day, a week, a month, or a year, it is the struggle of a lifetime. For this week’s #MeetTheSuperintendentMonday, we’re thrilled to introduce John Hughes, Executive Director of Southeast Education Service Center (SESC). John Hughes was born in Green River, Utah. John Hughes received his Associate of Science at the College of Eastern Utah (Now USU-E), Bachelor of Science from Southern Utah University, and Masters of Educational Leadership from the University of Utah.
John Hughes couldn’t pick a favorite book when asked, but he is currently reading "Sunrise on the Reaping" by Suzanne Collins. A quote that John Hughes loves is, ”Be kind, for everyone you meet is fighting a hard battle." - Ian Maclaren
